TWA Position Announcement: Regional Field Director (West)


Shape Debates in D.C. and in the States!



The Workforce Alliance (TWA) seeks an experienced organizer to serve as
its new Regional Field Director (West). S/he will lead the organizing of
affiliated multi-stakeholder alliances within states of the region,
bring those local leaders into TWA's federal policy efforts, and support
targeted media or legislative campaigns within a subset of the region's
states.

Please note that the closing date for this position is October 3rd,
however we will be interviewing highly qualified candidates as
applications are received, so early applications are encouraged. 

TWA encourages our friends who have been involved in workforce and
higher education debates at the state and/or federal levels to consider
becoming a full-time advocate on behalf of the CBOs, community colleges,
labor organizations, businesses and public sector stakeholders that
comprise our national coalition. There may be new opportunities to shape
debates in Washington and in the states, and you could be a part of it!
