The 2004 Conference on Information Technology will be held at the Tampa Convention Center, November 7-10. I would like to invite the members of this listserv to present sessions at this year's conference about the cutting-edge technology services provided at your institutions. Sessions of this nature would greatly benefit educators from around the country. Deadline: April 2, 2004 NEW SPECIAL FOCUS! For the 2004 CIT, the special focus for Track 1 is "Wireless Communications Systems." Proposals targeted toward this focus area should encourage an exchange of ideas about how colleges can anticipate and meet future educational, training, and organizational needs related to radio and TV broadcasting, cellular telephony, specialized mobile radio, wireless data, microwave, and satellite services. Although wireless communications systems are the special focus of the 2004 CIT, other proposal topics related to the use of information technology are strongly encouraged.
