As you may know, each year the League for Innovation presents its Conference on Information Technology (www.league.org/2004cit/), which showcases a diverse program exploring the intelligent application of information technology. The 2004 Conference on Information Technology will be held at the Tampa Convention Center, November 7-10.

I would like to invite the members of this listserv to present sessions at this year's conference about the cutting-edge technology services provided at your institutions. Sessions of this nature would greatly benefit educators from around the country.

Thx!

The League for Innovation is accepting proposals to present at the 2004 Conference on Information Technology.
http://www.league.org/2004cit/

November 7-10
Tampa Convention Center, Tampa, FL

This call for proposals is an invitation to join your colleagues in a dynamic learning community to discover how information technology is transforming the educational enterprise.

Deadline: April 2, 2004

NEW SPECIAL FOCUS!
For the 2004 CIT, the special focus for Track 1 is "Wireless Communications Systems." Proposals targeted toward this focus area should encourage an exchange of ideas about how colleges can anticipate and meet future educational, training, and organizational needs related to radio and TV broadcasting, cellular telephony, specialized mobile radio, wireless data, microwave, and satellite services. Although wireless communications systems are the special focus of the 2004 CIT, other proposal topics related to the use of information technology are strongly encouraged.
