Examine or raise issues that are potentially of significance to at least
some of the field.  That is an hypothesis waiting (nay, begging!) to be
tested.  So does the potential network building that could verey well emerge
from such continuous work as well as a sharing of resources.

Attitude and an experimental flair would count for much.
