Please forgive me this "not intended use" of the EFF listserv. As I opened
my planner this morning, I noticed it is Meta Potts birthday today! She
deserves tons of well wishes from all of us (but don't do as I did and send
greetings to the whole list!) Her e-mail address is
MWPotts2001@aol.com
Meta is one of the mothers of EFF, along with Sondra Stein, Lisa Levinson,
and Brenda Bell. She loves adult education and family literacy and gives
tirelessly to the causes all the time. She is an encourager to all of us,
even when she is the one who is going through rough times. She blazed the
trail for many in family literacy and I can not imagine this field without
her excellent work!
Spend just a minute today to send Meta a greeting!
Happy birthday, Meta!
