The editors seek articles of not more than 5,000 words that focus on the theory, best practices or research in the areas of: Workplace Education Adult Basic Education English as a second language GED learning in the workplace They are especially interested in articles that present information on the latest research or that document successful educational programs in those and other areas of adult education. Deadline for submissions to be considered for the Winter 2005 issue is January 31, 2005, but we are accepting articles for the Spring and Summer issues as well at this time. Please submit the full manuscript as a Word document to Jennie Reed, Vertex Editorial Intern, at reedjr@jmu.edu, along with a 50-100 word bio and photo. Include your email address, daytime phone number, and mailing address.
