Colleagues,

The Assessment Discussion List is offering a series of guests for you to
have discussion with and pose questions to. All the guests have expertise in 
various areas of assessment processes and tools. Guests will join Marie Cora, 
the moderator, on the list for one week intervals. They will suggest that you 
take a look at certain background materials before each guest's appearance. 

November
8th thru 12th: Equipped for the Future (EFF), with Peggy McGuire, Senior 
Research Associate, Center for Literacy Studies, University of Tennessee.

17th thru 23rd: Disability Accommodations in ABE, with Patti White, 
Disabilities Project Manager for the Arkansas Adult Learning Resource Center, and 
Arkansas Hub Project Coordinator for the National Institute for Literacy's "Bridges 
to Practice" training project.

December
6th thru 10th: CASAS, with Jane Equez, Director of Development and Certified 
Trainer, CASAS, San Diego, CA.

13th thru 17th: Test Development and Administration, with April Zenisky, 
Director of Computer-Based Testing Initiatives, and ABE Test Developer, Center for 
Educational Assessment, University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
