Lisa Mullins from Tennessee is working with a group of adult learners and is walking through the development of a health literacy project using the Equipped for the Future (EFF) teaching /learning cycle. We encourage all adult basic education (ABE) and English for speakers of other languages (ESOL) teachers, and health educators working with limited literacy populations, to accompany her in this process. Learn more about EFF and see how it can be implemented in a health project. Or, share your ideas and support her in the venture. It's a wonderfully interactive way of learning from others in the field. To get there go to the Health & Literacy Weblog go to http://www.worlded.org/us/health/lincs and click on Weblog.
