Hi Meta,

This is a  responsee to Amy's post.  

This  bother me about  the evidence-based reports:  
Is this an opening wedge for textbooks which adapt themselves to the results of evidence-based reports?  This has happened with NCLB.

This doesn't bother me about evidence-based reports: Laying out what works does not forbid anyone from going beyond  these limits.  There is a vast adult literacy  territory for anyone to explore.
